I specialize in providing therapy for adult children of alcoholics, adult children of narcissists, and survivors of narcissistic abuse. My approach combines Psychodynamic and Relational therapy with EMDR, IFS and parts work. I am also certified in Prolonged Exposure, a short term therapy for PTSD. I combine these techniques to help clients heal from complex trauma and reclaim their lives.
